Product Manager, Document Management
Job Summary
Driving the document management product vision, the full-time remote Product Manager, Document Management will partner with engineering and operations teams to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency while managing strategic vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the document management product vision and roadmap to improve Merchant and Partner experiences
- Translate product strategy into prioritized requirements and business cases based on customer impact
- Lead Voice of Customer research and serve as the subject matter expert for document management products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering products across the full lifecycle
- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign or similar document management solutions
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units
- BS/MS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
