Product Manager, Documentation Systems

Job Summary

Owning the documentation as a product, the full-time remote Product Manager, Documentation Systems will manage the documentation pipeline, improve knowledge capture, and ensure the accuracy of in-product Help, implementation guides, and support materials.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full documentation surface, deciding on content creation, updates, and retirement based on customer needs
• Design and build an AI-assisted documentation pipeline, ensuring quality control and automation of processes
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish standards and improve the capture of product knowledge

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, implementation, or related fields with a focus on outcomes
• Experience in automating workflows and familiarity with Git and command line tools
• Practical experience with LLMs and evaluating their outputs
• Direct exposure to customer interactions through support or consulting roles
• Ability to learn complex products independently and prioritize effectively
