Product Manager, Financial Portfolio

Job Summary

Managing and advancing Advocacy, Behavioral Health, and Clinical solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager, Financial Portfolio will lead high-priority initiatives to enhance program value and performance for members and employer groups.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and translate insights into actionable product features
• Analyze utilization trends and collaborate with actuarial teams to validate savings forecasts and uncover affordability levers
• Monitor financial KPIs and success metrics to track ROI and support the development of capabilities aligned with market trends

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Developer, or Consultant in the healthcare industry
• 3+ years of experience managing performance metrics and supporting internal business goals
• 3+ years of experience analyzing product financial performance related to affordability and profit and loss management
• 3+ years of experience presenting analyses to internal and external clients and senior executives
• 2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
