Product Manager for Agent Autonomy

Job Summary

Owning the autonomy product surface, the full-time remote Product Manager for Agent Autonomy will define safe boundaries for agent actions without human intervention, enhance automated resolution systems, and provide customers with real-time visibility into automation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and expand the boundaries of agent autonomy while ensuring customer trust and safety
• Build systems for evaluating and improving autonomous resolution through monitoring and testing
• Conduct A/B tests and manage full launch cycles for autonomy features, including customer enablement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record in product management
• Experience running structured experiments or A/B tests to improve product metrics
• Technical fluency in scoping webhook systems, OAuth flows, and complex integrations
• Comfortable engaging with customers for demos and co-selling efforts
