Product Manager for Autopilot
Job Summary
Owning the Autopilot product roadmap, the full-time Product Manager for Autopilot will prioritize agent capabilities to enhance loan cycle time and productivity, collaborate with AI engineering and customer teams, and define commercial models for product offerings in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the in-product Autopilot roadmap, focusing on measurable impacts on loan cycle time and operations productivity
- Define Autopilot's commercial model, including pricing and packaging, and drive adoption among live customers
- Transform insights from customer engagements into productized capabilities and establish evaluation frameworks for agent behavior
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product experience, particularly with AI, ML, or automation products in a commercial setting
- Domain expertise in mortgage, home equity, or consumer lending operations, with a deep understanding of the loan lifecycle
- Strong design instincts for agent and LLM products, including human-in-the-loop patterns
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers to develop repeatable product offerings
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and customer leadership
