Job Summary
Leading the development of Spark projects, the full-time remote Product Manager for Spark will own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring effortless backend solutions for agents from MVP to production while collaborating closely with various teams to define success metrics and optimize packaging and pricing.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Spark projects, from early MVP through general availability
- Define the path from experiment to production, including project upgrades and growth into the full Supabase platform
- Shape packaging and pricing in collaboration with Engineering, Growth, and Finance to ensure economical scalability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure, or experience as an ex-founder with strong product instincts
- Strong understanding of agent-driven development and its impact on backend requirements for developers and platforms
- Proficient in AI evaluations, controlled experimentation, and data analysis
- Ability to prioritize speed in shipping, learning, and iterating over perfecting specifications
- Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote team environment
