Product Manager, FundOS

Job Summary

To shape the technology that donor-advised fund (DAF) sponsoring organizations rely on, the full-time remote Product Manager, FundOS will manage feature development, cross-functional leadership, and performance analysis to enhance DAF administration and fund accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and launch of FundOS features while prioritizing the product roadmap based on business outcomes and client needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
• Utilize product metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement and communicate product strategy to senior management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with software development and SaaS platforms
• Working knowledge of fintech use cases, including payment workflows and financial compliance
• Strong understanding of complex systems and integrations, ideally in fintech
• Proven ability to translate business needs into impactful product features
• Experience with donor-advised funds or philanthropic/nonprofit technology is a plus
