Job Summary
To drive growth in an early-stage startup, the full-time remote Product Manager - Growth will own the product roadmap, focusing on onboarding, lifecycle management, and retention while shipping improvements and running experiments across the core product.
Key responsibilities
- Set the direction for the product, including input metrics and quarterly plans
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage improvements in onboarding and lifecycle workflows
- Prototype and ship production code, running end-to-end experiments to measure impact
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product engineering, growth engineering, or a similar role with hands-on coding experience
- Recent experience shipping production code in TypeScript, React, or similar technologies
- Proven track record in activation, conversion, retention, or reactivation within a consumer product
- Familiarity with event-driven systems, product analytics, and experiment design; intermediate SQL skills required
- Bonus: Experience in consumer fintech
