Product Manager - Health Technology

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of the occupational health platform, the full-time remote Product Manager - Health Technology will lead product discovery, strategy, and execution, focusing on enhancing customer workflows and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customers to understand workflow challenges and define product direction and roadmap priorities
• Own assigned product capabilities from discovery through delivery, ensuring cohesive experiences across the platform
• Partner with go-to-market teams to drive successful product launches, adoption, and measure customer value realization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience in SaaS or healthcare technology product management
• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing abilities with experience in complex customer workflows
• Ability to prioritize based on customer impact, strategic fit, and business value
• High emotional intelligence and a bias toward action in evolving product environments
