Product Manager, Healthcare Technology
Job Summary
To support the development of SS&C Health's medical claims platform, the full-time remote Product Manager, Healthcare Technology will manage product planning and execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage healthcare domain expertise to enhance platform capabilities and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of the product roadmap by gathering and prioritizing product requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle and manage product backlogs
- Develop and maintain expertise in healthcare payer operations and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and client needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, health plan operations, or product management
- Understanding of healthcare claims processing, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product specifications
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering teams in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree required
