Product Manager, Homeowners Insurance

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day product operations for assigned states, the full-time remote Product Manager, Homeowners Insurance will oversee P&L results, regulatory processes, and collaborate across teams to launch and enhance insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&L results within assigned states, monitoring rate adequacy and loss trends while recommending corrective actions
• Own the end-to-end rate, rule, and form revision process for assigned states, including regulatory filings and vendor coordination
• Support the build and launch of new products and coverages, working with state Departments of Insurance for approval

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience in product management, underwriting, or pricing, specifically in personal lines homeowners
• Experience managing P&L results and regulatory filings for multiple states
• Working knowledge of homeowners ratemaking, product design, and the state filing process
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, economics, risk management/insurance, or a related field
