Product Manager II
Job Summary
Accountable for Product Excellence across the Prior Authorization Retrospective portfolio, the full-time salaried Product Manager II will manage the product roadmap, lead customer discovery and user research, and ensure alignment with market needs while operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Product Excellence vision and an 18-month product roadmap aligned with customer and business outcomes
- Lead customer discovery, synthesizing insights to inform product decisions and prioritizing features based on strategic fit and customer value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product intent into actionable work and monitor development progress against success criteria
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in related, progressive roles
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or related fields
- 5+ years of experience managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
- Experience promoting new concepts and gaining stakeholder support
