Product Manager II, DeFi Borrow
Job Summary
Owning the DeFi Borrow product area, the full-time Product Manager II, DeFi Borrow will manage the end-to-end product experience for crypto-backed borrowing, driving the roadmap for loan flows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, execution, and iteration of the DeFi Borrow product across web and mobile platforms
- Drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans, including initial borrow flows and advanced loan management
- Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to deliver a secure and scalable borrowing experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer or prosumer financial products, including lending or collateralized products
- Proven ability to define and execute multi-quarter strategies, translating them into actionable roadmaps
- Familiarity with onchain concepts and DeFi lending protocols to effectively partner with engineering teams
- Strong quantitative analysis skills to inform product decisions and enhance consumer experiences
- Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and product quality
