Product Manager II - Financial Crime

Job Summary

Owning the investigation-platform roadmap, the full-time remote Product Manager II - Financial Crime will manage the development and enhancement of systems that support financial crime investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the investigation-platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and ensure that workflows are ready before implementation
• Establish auditability as a key requirement, including data lineage and evidence retention protocols

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in financial crime systems
• Working knowledge of AML program examination and regulatory requirements
• Technical fluency in data flows and system design relevant to financial crime investigations
• Proven track record of delivering internal tools or operational platforms that enhance team performance
• Strong writing skills for creating PRDs, phase plans, and audit documentation
