Job Summary
Focused on driving product initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Product Manager II, FinTech will manage critical projects across cash advances, credit building, and earnings, utilizing AI tools to prototype ideas and ship features directly.
Key responsibilities:
- Rotate across Fintech & Earnings teams to address pressing product challenges and take ownership of project roadmaps
- Build working prototypes and ship features to production while collaborating with engineering and design teams
- Leverage AI for strategy, analysis, and user research synthesis, ensuring measurable results from experiments
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer products at a startup or high-growth company
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code and a proven ability to deliver user-facing features
- Experience using Amplitude for designing experiments and interpreting results
- Strong writing skills with experience in producing actionable PRDs and experiment documentation
- Technical proficiency to discuss product architecture and tradeoffs with engineering teams
