Product Manager II - Workforce Management
Job Summary
To support the Workforce Management technology ecosystem, the remote W2 Contract Product Manager II - Workforce Management will lead initiatives within the UKG Pro WFM platform, collaborating with various teams to enhance labor planning, scheduling, and compliance for retail operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Workforce Management initiatives and enhancements within the UKG Pro WFM platform
- Collaborate with Store Operations, HR, Legal, and Technology partners to translate business needs into scalable product solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution through strong stakeholder engagement and indirect leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with Workforce Management (WFM) systems
- Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG WFM / Kronos) strongly preferred
- Ability to work U.S. onshore hours
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority
- Experience partnering with HR, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams
