Product Manager, Incentives

Job Summary

Leading the Incentives pod, the full-time Product Manager, Incentives will own the product vision and strategy for performance incentive programs, collaborating with AI and data science teams to enhance engagement and ROI while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Incentives domain, focusing on engagement metrics and cost efficiency
• Define the integration of AI and ML models to personalize and optimize incentive offerings for clients
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to create a robust incentive decisioning engine based on user profiles and behavioral signals

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of product management experience, including feature ownership from definition to launch
• Experience with data- or ML-driven products, particularly in ranking, recommendations, or personalization
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to collaborate with technical teams
• Strong analytical skills for defining metrics and making data-driven prioritization decisions
• Proficiency in writing clear product requirements and managing a prioritized backlog
