Job Summary
Owning the interoperability products and solutions of LKOpera, the full-time Product Manager, Integration Solutions will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the LKOpera product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic themes and budgets
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and prioritizing product decisions based on usability and scalability
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to define product requirements and support successful launches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 4 years of progressive experience in product management or product development within healthcare IT
- Experience with healthcare data integration, including knowledge of SMART on FHIR and HL7 standards
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including user story development and sprint planning
- Ability to contribute to product financial planning, including pricing and ROI analysis
