Job Summary
To support a growing technology ecosystem, the full-time remote Product Manager, Integrations will manage product strategies for integrations, ensuring dependable and scalable connections with external partners while deeply understanding customer workflows and operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Create a seamless integration experience for partners, minimizing implementation issues and ensuring ongoing reliability
- Analyze customer workflows to identify integration opportunities that reduce friction and manual work
- Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, external partners, and internal teams to prioritize integration projects effectively
Required qualifications
- Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, or healthcare technology
- Direct experience with integrations, interoperability, data exchange, or APIs
- Technical fluency to engage with engineers and integration partners on system interactions
- Strong product discovery skills to uncover real customer or operational problems
- Proven ability to learn complex operational domains quickly for informed product decisions
