Product Manager, Learning Experience
Job Summary
To enhance the learning experience for users, the full-time remote Product Manager, Learning Experience will lead the Learning Experience squad, focusing on product strategy, user research, and the integration of AI features in cybersecurity training.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct product discovery and research to understand user needs and improve the learning experience
- Own the vision and strategy for creating a world-class learning experience, including the integration of AI technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and represent Learning Experience in company-wide planning
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/software with ownership of a product area
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling complex features with measurable outcomes
- Strong expertise in AI product management, including evaluating tools and designing workflows
- Experience managing multiple projects and sprints effectively
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
