Product Manager - M365 Security

Job Summary

To enhance Microsoft 365 management capabilities, the full-time remote Product Manager - M365 Security will manage the development of security, governance, and multi-tenant management features, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure effective delivery and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the roadmap for Microsoft 365 management capabilities, focusing on security posture, policy governance, and user lifecycle management
• Identify and prioritize necessary capabilities for MSPs and enterprise admins, balancing business impact with technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and technical writers to build, test, document, and release new functionalities while addressing customer-reported issues

Required qualifications

• Experience building software for MSPs with an understanding of multi-tenant environments and configuration standardization
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Intune, and tenant-level security settings
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and delegated administration models
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 management market and related tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher with five years of experience in the Microsoft 365 or MSP software space
