Product Manager, Orchestration Platform
Job Summary
To support a growing orchestration platform, the full-time Product Manager will define platform strategy, manage the roadmap for product integration, and ensure successful delivery of core infrastructure services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define the boundaries and capabilities of the orchestration platform, ensuring clarity under pressure
- Own the sequencing and necessary changes for onboarding additional products onto the platform
- Run the platform engineering team's roadmap, balancing reliability with investment and tracking success metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on platform, infrastructure, API, or backend products
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including asynchronous processing and eventual consistency
- Experience in payments, remittance, banking, or transaction processing
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating clear specifications and contracts
- Comfort with data analysis, including querying and investigating anomalies independently
