Product Manager, Orchestration Platform
Job Summary
To support the orchestration of remittance transactions, the full-time Product Manager, Orchestration Platform will define platform strategy, manage product surface contracts, and oversee the roadmap for platform engineering, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define the boundaries and capabilities of the orchestration platform while managing stakeholder expectations
- Own the sequencing and core changes required for onboarding additional products and evolving the remittance platform
- Run the platform engineering team's roadmap, balancing reliability and investment while tracking success metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years focused on platform, infrastructure, API, or backend products
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts such as asynchronous processing and eventual consistency
- Experience in payments, remittance, banking, or transaction processing
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating clear specifications and contracts
- Direct experience with data analysis and dashboard querying
