Product Manager, Orchestration Platform
Job Summary
To support a growing orchestration platform, the full-time Product Manager, Orchestration Platform will define platform strategy, manage the roadmap for engineering teams, and establish product contracts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define the boundaries and capabilities of the orchestration platform, ensuring clarity under pressure
- Own the sequencing and core changes required for onboarding multiple products and evolving the remittance platform
- Manage the platform engineering team's roadmap and success metrics, balancing reliability with investment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years focused on platform, infrastructure, API, or backend products
- Strong understanding of distributed-systems concepts, including asynchronous processing and eventual consistency
- Experience in payments, remittance, banking, or transaction processing with knowledge of compliance and reconciliation
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating reference specifications and contracts
- Direct experience with data analysis, including querying and investigating anomalies independently
