Product Manager, Patient Engagement
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic Product Manager, Patient Engagement, the full-time remote position will own and scale AI products for patient communication and scheduling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance practice revenue and patient retention.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient engagement products, including conversational AI and automated workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and execute product plans amidst ambiguity

Required qualifications
