Product Manager, P&C Insurance

Job Summary

To support a transformative approach to insurance technology, the full-time remote Product Manager, P&C Insurance will drive strategy execution across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI, while managing a Senior Product Analyst and building data-driven business cases for major investments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution across multiple product areas, maintaining visibility into portfolio health and dependencies
• Define cross-product initiatives and build business cases using defensible metrics for major roadmap investments
• Prepare and present data-driven narratives and product capabilities to executives, customers, and analysts

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related analytical role, preferably in P&C insurance technology
• Strong business case and financial modeling skills with the ability to defend investment decisions using data
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or readiness to take on management responsibilities
• Ability to work across multiple product lines and stakeholders without owning a single backlog
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
