Job Summary
Driving the strategic evolution of the Renter's Insurance portfolio, the full-time remote Product Manager - Renter's Insurance will manage product roadmaps, leverage emerging technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experiences and business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the strategic product vision aligned with Resident Solutions goals, identifying market opportunities and competitive threats
- Own the product roadmap from ideation through launch, prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact
- Lead an experimentation culture to optimize user experiences and drive conversion and retention through A/B testing
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, insurtech, SaaS, or e-commerce
- Proven track record of delivering successful products that drive measurable business impact
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience with SAFe Agile and Scrum methodologies
