Product Manager - Risk

Job Summary

Owning a defined area of the Risk Experiences and Risk Central roadmap, the full-time Product Manager - Risk will design customer-facing risk experiences, write product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer verification and case management workflows in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and iteration of customer verification and document collection flows, hold and review notifications, and case workflows
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create seamless risk experiences that minimize customer friction while addressing fraud concerns
• Utilize data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and track key performance metrics for risk management processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on software development and customer-facing products
• Proven ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for engineering teams
• Experience using data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Mixpanel to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity with onboarding, identity verification, or risk management processes in a fintech context
• Strong written communication skills for documenting technical and non-technical decisions
