Job Summary
Driving product development and enhancements, the full-time remote Product Manager, Risk & Trust will manage the creation of products and platform capabilities that bolster customer trust, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and improve product capabilities that support account security and customer trust while ensuring compliance
- Manage third-party risk platforms and collaborate with Engineering and Risk teams on platform configurations and operational workflows
- Enhance shared platform capabilities and internal tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in customer and asset reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or regulated technology environments
- Experience with risk management products, including fraud prevention and operational workflows
- Proven ability to develop platform products and workflow automation solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in SQL or analytics tools preferred
