Product Manager - Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

To support the expansion of brokerage products in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, the full-time remote Product Manager - Saudi Arabia will define product strategy, manage existing offerings, and collaborate with regulators and partners to enhance Alpaca's brokerage infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage brokerage products tailored for the Saudi and GCC markets, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, and Sharia-compliant solutions
• Drive product strategy by analyzing ROI, regional competition, and regulatory requirements while contributing to the product roadmap
• Engage with regional regulators and stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with local market standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or fintech, preferably in financial services
• Demonstrated experience in brokerage and capital markets within the Saudi or GCC region
• Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework and Tadawul market structure
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent collaboration abilities
