Product Manager - Service Engineering
Job Summary
To lead strategic investments in the Windchill Service Engineering and Arbortext portfolio, the full-time remote Product Manager - Service Engineering will define and execute the product vision and roadmap while engaging with customers and R&D teams to address business challenges and market opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Service Information and Arbortext solutions
- Engage with customers and partners to translate business challenges into effective roadmap and release plans
- Collaborate with R&D and UX teams to design and deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Technical Publications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
- Knowledge of industry technical documentation standards such as DITA 2.0 and S1000D
