Product Manager - Servicing
Job Summary
Owning the borrower servicing experience, the full-time remote Product Manager - Servicing will manage the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing features, collaborate with lender implementation teams, and enhance operational processes to improve borrower interactions with their loans.
Key responsibilities
- Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features to create intuitive user experiences
- Translate partner servicing requirements into product requirements and support go-live delivery across partners
- Drive initiatives to reduce delinquency and improve payment behavior through self-service enhancements and payment optimizations
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment with ownership of outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, translate them into executable requirements, and drive delivery within an agile PDLC
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to partner with design teams effectively
- Experience using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
- Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools to enhance workflow efficiency
