Product Manager - Tax Compliance
Job Summary
To define the future of managing complex, high-volume work in professional services, the full-time Product Manager - Tax Compliance will strategically own the product vision and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the Tax and high-volume product area
- Lead product discovery efforts through workshops, interviews, and research sessions with various stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into valuable product initiatives and oversee their delivery
Required qualifications
- Experience in product management within a B2B or enterprise software environment
- Proven track record of leading product discovery and delivery from problem identification to measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of workflow integration, capacity planning, and user experience in high-volume operational settings
- Technical fluency to engage in discussions about APIs, integrations, and system boundaries
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
