Product Manager, Trailer Storage

Job Summary

To drive the strategic direction of trailer storage solutions, the full-time National Product Manager, Trailer Storage will manage product line strategy, pricing, and performance metrics while collaborating with regional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profitability goals by collaborating with regional staff and facilitating necessary resources
• Support asset management to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of the trailer fleet
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering promised services and meeting maintenance and rental commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years in Product Management or Transportation Operations management with a focus on strategic development and financial analysis
• Understanding of financial statements and operating metrics
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of the diesel trucking industry preferred
• Experience in labor planning or process engineering preferred
