Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the launch of an AI-native operations platform, the full-time remote Product Operations Lead will manage the development of operating procedures, engage directly with operations during customer onboarding, and conduct investigations into customer processes to identify automation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate standard operating procedures for the operations team, ensuring documentation and continuous improvement
• Work closely with operations during launch to understand workflows and identify recurring issues for system enhancement
• Conduct investigations into unproductized customer processes to document findings and inform product development

Required qualifications

• Experience in product or product operations, with a focus on processes and operational models
• Strong systems thinking and judgment skills to differentiate between customer needs and scalable opportunities
• Proficiency with data and observability tools for system analysis and improvement
• Demonstrated ability to create repeatable systems from ambiguous work, such as SOPs and workflows
• Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, translating between different domains
