Product Operations Lead
Job Summary
Partnering with Product Operations leadership and cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Product Operations Lead will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive operating model improvements, and lead change initiatives to enhance product practices and operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities
- Drive operating model improvements and transformation initiatives in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Design and deliver enablement programs, including onboarding, training, and workshops, to facilitate the adoption of new practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and translating strategy into execution
- Working knowledge of modern product practices, including Agile and Lean methodologies
- Experience with portfolio management and product management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making
