Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

To ensure the effective use of software platforms in oncology care, the full-time remote Product Operations Lead will manage user support, product rollouts, and training documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Become the expert on the functionality of all software platforms and provide support for user inquiries and technical issues
• Plan and manage product rollouts, including training and communication with end users during feature launches
• Maintain and update training documentation and reference materials to ensure accuracy and usability for the care team

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, product support, or a related role within software environments
• Healthcare experience, particularly in care delivery or digital health
• Proven ability to bridge communication between technical teams and end users, including issue triage and documentation
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning and executing software rollouts
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to interpret usage data for non-technical audiences
