Job Summary
Driving product operations and analytics, the full-time remote Product Operations Lead will optimize processes, enhance communication frameworks, and support product initiatives across teams to improve customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product health metrics and performance analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Build dashboards and reports using SQL and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights
- Lead product planning processes, including coordination of quarterly OKRs and roadmap management
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or product analytics within a technology organization
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence platforms like Metabase or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with digital product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics 4
- Experience in supporting product planning cycles and managing cross-functional execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
