Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support the Product team, the full-time Principal Product Operations Manager will manage product systems and tools, oversee reporting and analytics, and drive process efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the administration and configuration of product management tools and ensure integration with engineering work-tracking systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into roadmap status and product performance metrics
- Design and document repeatable processes for planning and prioritization to enhance team efficiency and collaboration
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role
- Hands-on experience with product roadmapping and work-tracking tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira)
- Proficiency in building dashboards and reports; familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Experience in designing and documenting repeatable processes for product development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
