Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Product Operations Manager will manage product operations, coordinate hiring processes, and build data insights to enhance the efficiency of the Product organization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product intake and readiness from initial request through discovery, planning, delivery, and launch
• Coordinate the hiring process for Product roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely decision-making
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide insights on product health metrics for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 7+ years experience building organizations, programs, or functions from scratch
• Track record of operating across organizational boundaries and building trust quickly
• Ability to translate between technical/product teams and user-facing teams
• Familiarity with product development processes and the product/engineering interface
• Strong communication skills, especially in remote-first environments
