Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support the acceleration of an enterprise-ready roadmap, the remote Staff Product Operations Manager will drive ARR through platform decisions, partner with product teams to enhance delivery, and build internal tools and workflows that improve product and engineering operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive ARR by identifying and prioritizing enterprise-readiness gaps that affect new business and retention
- Accelerate delivery by collaborating with product teams to define priorities and track progress on commitments
- Build and ship internal data and AI products to analyze platform usage and customer friction, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, or similar fields
- Proven track record of building and shipping useful tools or workflows for real users
- Experience analyzing large datasets and explaining complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong product and customer judgment, focusing on user problems and business outcomes
- High ownership and curiosity, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate quickly
