Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Operations Manager to run the product team's operating cadence, own the roadmap as a system, and make goals and progress visible, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run the product team's operating cadence, ensuring decisions and follow-ups are captured and visible
• Own the roadmap structure for various audiences, keeping it current and informative
• Manage goal-setting and progress tracking for the product team, providing reliable reporting

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 in product operations or a closely related role
• Proven experience designing a product team's operating cadence from scratch in a scaling company
• Strong writing skills for creating templates, updates, and documentation
• Data fluency with experience in defining metrics and working in BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Technical credibility in an engineering-led environment, with a strong understanding of AI tools
