Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning the launch readiness process, the full-time remote Product Operations Manager will manage end-to-end tier 1 launches, maintain the release stream, and design automation workflows using Linear and DevRev to enhance product delivery efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Run tier 1 launches from early access to general availability, ensuring all readiness requirements are met
- Administer Linear and DevRev, including configuration, user management, and data quality, while designing workflows and automations between teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to program-manage large go-to-market motions and track product delivery KPIs
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or launch management at a SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in shipping automation that replaced manual processes using tools like Claude or other LLMs
- Proficiency in administering Linear, Jira, or similar systems of record
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively
