Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving key product initiatives, the full-time remote Product Operations Manager will manage cross-functional programs, ensuring effective execution from strategy through launch and adoption while establishing processes and frameworks for operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic product programs, including planning, launch, and post-launch follow-through
• Develop actionable plans for complex programs, defining scope, milestones, and success measures
• Establish and manage product planning cadences in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or related roles within a technology company
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional product launches from strategy to adoption
• Experience in designing and managing product roadmap and prioritization processes
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and effective operational systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates
