Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving ARR through strategic platform decisions, the remote Staff Product Operations Manager will identify enterprise-readiness gaps, partner with product teams to accelerate delivery, and build internal data products to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize enterprise-readiness gaps to drive new business, expansion, and retention efforts
• Collaborate with product teams to remove blockers and track progress on commitments critical to customer and sales needs
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and create repeatable tools and workflows that support product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, data analytics, business operations, or related fields
• Proven track record of building and shipping useful tools or products for real users
• Experience linking work to revenue outcomes such as ARR, retention, or expansion
• Ability to structure and analyze large datasets and communicate findings effectively
• Strong product judgment with a focus on user problems and business outcomes
