Job Summary
To support a growing financial technology company, the full-time Product Operations & Strategy Senior Manager will partner with the VP of Consumer Payments to translate strategic visions into actionable plans, optimize operational workflows, and drive alignment on cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate broad strategic visions into high-impact presentations and clear directions for stakeholders
- Co-lead alignment on complex strategic topics and operationalize workflows for multi-product feature interaction
- Audit and optimize day-to-day operations while driving the framework for OKR setting and milestone tracking
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in fast-growing startup environments with a focus on execution
- Strong capability for data analysis and structured thinking, with experience in agile product-management tools
- Elite stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Curiosity about modern technology trends, particularly in AI and scalable financial product workflows
- Fluency in both English and Spanish for effective communication with global teams
