Supporting the operating motion that connects product development to sales and support teams, the full-time remote Product Operations Specialist will manage release cycles, localization workflows, and cross-functional communications while ensuring product knowledge remains current.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support monthly release cycles, ensuring launch readiness and tracking post-launch follow-through
- Administer localization workflows and facilitate localized launches to ensure timely feature releases across languages
- Maintain cross-team issue boards and contribute to product documentation, serving as a primary contact for support inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years in product operations, product support, or a comparable cross-functional operations role in a software or platform organization
- Experience writing customer-facing product documentation such as release notes or knowledge base articles
