Job Summary
To ensure consistency across product data, the full-time remote Product Operations Specialist will manage SKU mapping, maintain cross-system connections, and monitor data integrity while troubleshooting issues and supporting product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm and verify SKU mapping across various systems, ensuring each product has a consistent identifier
- Assist in maintaining data connections between systems and support the Ecommerce Team during product launches
- Monitor integration logs and perform routine data checks to resolve product data issues proactively
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in product operations, data operations, or supply chain operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
- Practical experience with integration or ETL tools, including field mapping and troubleshooting
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleanup and pivot tables
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and their product catalog structure
