Product Owner

Job Summary

To support a growing product organization, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery throughout the Product Development Lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, requirements, and prioritization for operations and utilization review tools
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and business readiness activities, facilitating stakeholder communication and training

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst, preferably in healthcare or managed care environments
• Strong experience in writing detailed, testable business requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Working knowledge of Jira or similar tools for backlog management and requirements traceability
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Product management or business analysis certification (such as CSPO, ECBA, or CCBA) is preferred but not required
