Product Owner

Job Summary

To support a growing health practice management platform, the full-time remote Product Owner will advocate for user needs, translate product priorities into actionable items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer, maintaining deep understanding of user needs and pain points
• Translate product priorities into clear, prioritized, and actionable items for the team
• Ensure continuous delivery of value by owning the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch iteration

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on product ownership experience, preferably in SaaS
• Proven ability to translate customer pains into clear requirements and impactful improvements
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product development architecture
• Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones
• Background in Customer Success, Support, or a similar role is a plus
